About Us

We are non-govermental organization with the purpose to empower young people to explore new possibilities of personal and professional development. Our main aim is to inspire and support the next generation of entrepreneurs through diverse non-formal education opportunities like Training Courses, seminars, workshops, study visits, youth exchanges, work camps, volunteer services, symposia, conferences, forums and other formats with local and international character.

Project Activities

There is a set of defined project phase that directly contribute to the desired project results.

Coordination meeting

Starting with team introduction and team building activities and establishing no formal way of education. The main aim of the meeting is presenting main project objectives, scope timeline and expected results

Well-being educational meeting

Enables young people to develop the knowledge and understanding, skills, capabilities and attributes which they need for mental, emotional, social and physical wellbeing now and in the future.

Interpersonal skills meeting

Empowers participants with a set of abilities that enable them to positively interact and work with others effectively while avoiding office disputes and personal issues with each other.

Project Results

E-learning platform will cover 2 main pillar for skill development of youth athlete:

Personal skills for wellbeing – as the most fundamental of all skills are those concerned with self-preservation – that is, staying healthy in both body and mind. This section of sport e- platform will covers ideas that can help youth athlete and youth in general to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Without good personal skills, we are less likely to be able to develop good interpersonal skill, which will be the second pillar of this sport e-learning platform.

Interpersonal skills – this skill tend to be able to work well in a team or group, and with other people more generally. Interpersonal skills are therefore vital in all areas of life at work, in education and socially.

Through awareness of how we interact with others, and with practice, we can improve our interpersonal skills. This section of sport e-learning platform will be a full of information and practical advice that we can use to improve and develop our interpersonal skills.
